Sessions are usually one hour long, though some clients have two to three hours at a time. All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Notes
- Fees for clients in Australia include GST.
- Fees are the same for in-person consultations as those conducted over the phone or via video apps.
- On-site consultations (at your premises, or elsewhere you choose) can sometimes attract a travel fee.
- My hours of availability are from 6 am until 9 pm (06:00 to 21:00); however, in cases of genuine need or unusual circumstances, I help people at night and thus have 24-hour availability.
- Night appointments between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. (21:00 to 06:00) attract a pricing premium over my normal rates shown above. Please get in touch with me for details.
- Days of availability. Monday to Saturday inclusive.
- I am unavailable on Sundays, Anzac Day (25 April), Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Christmas Day. However, in cases of genuine emergency or unusual circumstances, I may be available on these excluded days—please get in touch with me for details.
- I may reduce my fees or even sometimes reach a barter arrangement in cases of genuine need. Please get in touch with me for details.
- Some specialist consulting attracts a fee of $440 (Australian Dollars—AUD) per hour (including GST). An example is Training And Consulting For Health, Mental Health, Medical And Coaching Professionals.
- An initial brief consultation (usually by phone) is free. It enables me to gain a more precise and deeper understanding of your issues and how I can best help you. It is not obligatory; not everyone wants to discuss things beforehand.
- No Medicare or Health Fund rebates are available.
- I declare all my income to the taxation authorities. Please do not ask for ‘discounts for cash’, or to avoid paying GST, as my refusal may offend. Thank you.
- I have limited availability for free consults. Beneficiaries must be highly motivated. In the past, I wasted time and thus deprived genuinely needy people of my help, catering to people with the wrong attitude. Many rarely value 'free'.

I make it easy for clients to pay my professional costs. I have never understood businesses that make things hard for their valued clients.
I accept cash, bank transfers, EFT, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and sometimes, cheques.
Currencies accepted include Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds.
